About Me
Sijan Bastola
I'm a highly motivated first-year BSc CSIT student at Soch College of IT, Tribhuvan University, with a deep-rooted passion for technology and innovation. My focus areas span Artificial Intelligence, software development, web technologies, and cybersecurity.
Beyond the classroom, I actively build personal projects, attend technical workshops, and contribute to the local tech community through Code For Change Pokhara. I've already developed and deployed a personal portfolio website and am currently working on Python-based AI projects. I believe in learning by doing — every line of code I write brings me closer to becoming a proficient software engineer.

Python Text-Based Chatbot

Built a pattern-matching chatbot in Python capable of handling 50+ conversational intents. Implemented NLP basics using string matching and keyword extraction. Achieved approximately 82% response accuracy across 200 sample inputs.
